Dx160 overheats and completely freezes after 6 months of not much use plus sound was very tiring after a while. Best dap i had was pioneer xdp 30r loved that dap.

This is old generation and nothing to do with the M11 Plus ESS or the iBasso DX240.
You will feel like living in the future.

Hello guys, I'm eyeing this player for awhile, I like big screen on player but dx320 is expensive. Any comparison in terms of sound quality to smiliar priced dap? Such as Hibi R6 2020 edition?

I can only compare with dragonfly red and with Apple lightning dongle. This is much better sounding. UI is good, screen nice, big etc. i am really very happy especially soundwise it blows me away. Use it every day. Mostly with final e5000, final f72000 or Audiolab m-ear. You won’t regret buying this one. I have the plus ESS version btw.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but the battery of my Fiio M11 Plus LTD is ballooned and pushed the back off my player. It has had minimal use since I bought it almost a year ago. It still plays but there are significant issues here. I have contacted support so we shall see…

Hi, this may seem like an odd question but does Tidal 100% work with this DAP? The reason I ask is because, i currently have Ibasso's DX150 and that and DX160 i've tried tidal no longer works.

stop using it ASAP, power it down and wait for instructions.. may have to send it back for replacement or send off for battery replacement...

Done and Done. Response from US authorized seller All About Office was that it looked like a "wear and tear" issue and that there was nothing they could do. The device has never been outside, always in a protective case and perfectly maintained. Thankfully, it died 6 days shy of 1 year so my MasterCard extended warranty will probably cover the price of the DAP. Bottom line - NEVER purchase one with out an extended warranty from the card issuer or the seller. Will order an M11 Pro from the Fiio store on Amazon and pay for the service contract. For the record Fiio never responded to any emails sent to the support mailbox.

Nice, I have apple dongle too, been using it for almost 2 years, good sound quality. Finally I decided to buy this dap, I will post an update. Thank you for the comparisons!

I just got a new Fiio M11 Plus (thank you insurance) - how can I get Amazon Music on the home screen? I can only get it to show in the Fiio Applications app with a link in there to open. I did not have this behavior on my LTD...
