We have reported to the engineer about your feedback. Will consider about that in later firmware update. Or maybe you could try the gesture control instead?
did anyone order the leather case from Fiio? What's your opinion. I just got mine but I'm little disappointed by this item.
It does not cover the top portion of the dap. Also, M11 slips out from the case.
Hi i have been using poweramp and have problem when i skip track or previous track usingthephysicalbutton on m11, the will be no sound and i have to restart the app to hear the sound again.
I had no problem with the fiio music app. Did anybody have same problem?
I cant say I have found the bass lacking with the M11 at all, I have been using FiiO FH5 (2.5) for outside and Audeze LCD2CB (2.5) and Philips Fidelio X2(3.5) at my desk.

The bass is awesome on mine, one of the better daps I've tried for bass. Either #1 Fiio has sone serious quality control issues and some people m11's are bass anemic. Or #2 They are used to cowons jet effects super bass, or an 70, or 80's era Sony with MEGA bass.
Or they have headphones that are not good on bass response, or they had an m80 explode by their ears recently.
Seriously I'm using hiby's player because it has a bit less sub bass than fiios and it's a bit too much for me. I am using balanced out on high gain.
Extra, you can always play with the MSEB effects on hiby music, I agree the fiio eq is not very good.
I didn't get the M11 to use with my full size headphones but I do wonder just how good it can driver say my Sendy Aiva. It's a planar but one that's easier to driver than my LCD-2C. Plus it has a 4.4mm balance connection which is my only balanced anything at the moment. I do plan on getting some 2.5mm cables for some of my IEMs but I'm also thinking of getting one of the Fiio FA or FH IEMs but not sure which, the FH7 is off the list just based on price as I don't have that to spend after getting the M11.

Although, I didn't like the case, however, M11 itself is an awesome player. I'm very happy to report that this dap is very fun to listen to.
It's my first FiIo dap and I'm very pleased with the dap.
Will Fiio ever include a hardware bass boost button on one of their daps?
They’re already known for making very good hardware bass boost buttons on their amps and dac/amps... Why have they not added this wonderful feature yet any of their daps?
It seems like this would solve the bass problem for so many people.
Concerning myself, I know that this would be an absolute killer feature. It would eliminate the need to deal with EQ apps, and it would allow me to warm up the sound of any music that I stream from Tidal,
etc.
@FiiO if you read this please consider adding this feature to one of your future daps.

Good point, and not many if any completing daps have this feature, so any feature to stand out from the crowd is good. Although MSEB from hiby is very easy to use and once you get something you like- you're set. But a button is mega easy, like the old mega bass buttons on Sony walkmans and discmans.

Nope you're right, only for your library. The first x3 had nice hardware treble and bass controls, seems like a lot of these 'reference' daps have weak eq capabilities.
It's pretty weak, there is a difference but not a big one. I only eq if I'm using iems or cans that need it but obviously people want a better eq and are using poweramp, neutron, and hiby. Not many daps have great eqs, kind of weird but true. Sony does, cowon does, lpgt does, colofly u8 does. Shanling, fiio, AK don't. Dont know about cayin, cant remember.
