Hi

That came up with an error. I mean something like the picture below but in various configurations.

Or alternatively, you could supply the "D" spec cables with a straight 2.5mm connector and then include a 2.5mm to 3.5mm and 4.4mm "L" shaped adapters, like Mee do with their Universal MMCX, pictured below.

Regards

Darren

Dear friend,

Thanks for your kind feedback. We will report to the product manager about that.

Best regards

You will probably find you will sell more "D" spec cables if we didn't have to have all three (3.5, 2.5 & 4.4) full-price cables to cover all eventualities. Having the short converter cables that you already produce, but with "D" spec quality cable would be perfect.

I ordered this with the 4.4mm connector to use balanced with my Lotoo PAW Gold Touch and the Campfire Audio Atlas. This is from the Fiio TMall store here in China so I should have it soon. I am looking forward to trying it and will report back.

I am pleased with this Fiio Silver Litz cable. It is very soft and seems well built. The braiding as well as the MMCX and 4.4mm connectors are all fine. (The MMCX are perhaps a bit tight but I like that.) Going balanced has brought about the expected separation in the sound stage with my Campfire Audio Atlas IEMs. They sound great. And I like the right-angle 4.4mm connector.

I wear my CA Atlas over-ear like all of my IEMS, and this cable is a game changer for comfort and security. I was walking all over town today and the IEMs stayed put. Now I am discovering a further advantage. The SQ with the CA open hole silicone tips is better than the Final Audio E types that are also included with the CA Atlas. However, the former were impossible to stay in-ear with the original cable. With the overmolding on the Fiio cable, it seems that I can use the CA silicone tips securely. The sound opens right up.

One day in and I am giving this cable a preliminary but enthusiastic 5 stars.

On reflection and having compared both the original and this FiiO cable in use, I prefer the Campfire Audio Atlas inserted shallow and hanging down. So this FiiO cable is not the balanced solution for me that I had hoped. Still it is quite an impressive bang for the buck if you are looking for a MMCX silver litz cable with overmolding.

So... I removed the heatshrink overmolding from the LC-4.4D. It was easy; it took about two minutes with a pair of small scissors and a couple of good pulls at the point where the heatshrink met the plastic MMCX connectors.

Success. This is now a good balanced solution for the Atlas worn hanging down or over the ear.
