I purchased when the FiiO AE store showed 40pcs. Price showing was $24.99, paypal showed $24.99 + tax, so I completed the purchase. When I check my email later, paypal email showing I paid $55.11. Email from AE also showing I paid $55.11 ($44.99 + tax) for one set of FD11. So FiiO AE store charge me full price instead of $24.99 or even promo price of $34.99 after 50 units sold.

I contacted the FiiO AE store, they said the time limit had expired for the $24.99 price (even though only 40 units sold, so not sure how you were able to buy at $24.99 with 48 units sold). Then I have to explain that I did not even get the promo 30% off price of $34.99. FiiO AE store replied they will refund money to my paypal account. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Edit: To be clear, refund is for difference of what I paid and the promo price $34.99 + tax. FD11 is in shipping process, just refund should be much faster...

Dear friend,

The outer diameter of the sound nozzle is 5.8/5.2mm (the raised part is 5.8mm, and the other part is 5.2mm), so we can choose ear tips with 4~5mm inner diameter (all existing ear tips of FiiO are applicable).
