From what I heard in the Chinese publish live broadcast, it is the opposite of the above picture - the center dome is DLC and the outside is beryllium coated.

Hoping some samples tour the head-fi community. These look very intriuging. Will wait on a potential A7 purchase until these have made the rounds. 12mm DD is pretty big and the semi openback design is totally my jam. They do look heavy, and not very comfortable though. Will wait and see if this is an issue.
