Currently I using AAW accesport portable amp, if upgrade to BTR5 will be a huge improvement?
Dear friend,

Thanks for your kind interest in the BTR5.
The BTR5 is a Bluetooth amp which support AAC/SBC/aptX/aptX LL/aptX HD/LDAC Bluetooth codec. It also support 2.5mm balanced and 3.5mm standard output. :sunglasses:
And due to individual preferences, you could read the professional reviews and comparisons, as well as try out by yourself.

Best regards

Will this device act as an LDAC transmitter when used as a USB DAC. I would like to connect it to either the FIIO EH3 or the RHA Prostudio headphones for wireless LDAC.

Dear user,

No. The BTR5 could not work as a Bluetooth transmitter.

Best regards

I really like the sound, but the battery life isn’t anywhere near nine hours. I timed it yesterday and today, and it almost made it to seven.

Are these claims of nine hours based on firmware updates that I might not have? Do I have a defective unit, or is nine hours only attainable under extremely favorable conditions? (I’m only running low gain, with volume at 20 out of 60, so the conditions would have to be pretty screw**** favorable.)

On SBC and unbalanced on low gain this is possible, i think.
Higher codecs, high gain and balanced will decrease the battery live to nearly 7 hours, ime.
