They come with quite a few tips, I personally use some comply tips but there is nothing wrong with the tips provided. Even comes with double flange.

The FH5 come with double flange? Not mine. I got ‘balanced’, ‘vocal’, ‘bass’ and foam tips. That’s it.

Depends where you are I guess. Here in the east, it seems the original packing is still being had, i.e. no extra double flange.

What little grey bag? The pouch inside the hard plastic case? Nothing in there but the nozzle cleaner.

I checked, don't think they would. Even if they could, it will be a logistical nightmare for them. I would settle for a discounted purchase for a limited time without the need for proof of purchase. But they aren't even selling them. That's what gets my goat.

I don’t think everyone needs them [edit: I meant longer tips]. You can email support@fiio.com and ask for some. [edit: For instance...] I was able to order some large bass tips (10 pairs for $20 USD, ePacket included) from them on AliExpress under the item “extra shipping charges”.

Was talking about the new flanges. For those already in the pack from the beginning, yes can buy these at least where I am from the distributor.

So, after testing out the FH5 at a local headphone store, I was really wow'd by how good this little thing is. I was going to buy either the FH5 or the SE535 LTD as a gift for a friend, but the store was out of SE535 so I ended up comparing the FH5 with the W40 (suggested by the store owner) at the store and my own ie800. And I have to say, this FH5 from Fiio is beyond worth its price. The details and how everything just feels so CLEAR and POWERFUL actually made me feel that this iem is in no way worse than my ie800. After some more in depth listening its obvious the ie800 does have a sense of sweetening to the tune of the vocals, but that is more like a "style" difference. Just because of how impressed I was, I immediately bought 2 box of the FH5, one as gift and one for my daily usage. And btw, the build of this phone looks quite amazing, it also feels amazing, the shape of the chassis fits so well with the external part of my ear. Definitely worth the price.

I really wanna get these, but it reads as though the FH7 could be not too far down the line. I picked up a pair of Nuforce HEM8s I’m waiting to arrive, but I’m still swaying back and forth on picking up the FH5s. My Q5 arrives tomorrow though
