Is just coated, nothing special. Some very cheap IEM use same technology.

Yes, and FiiO's own FD1 sounds great doing this. Therefore very interested what they will do with the added 2 BAs and what the pricing will be.

Edit: However, it would be nice to know beforehand if there'll be the same model from a sub brand for half the price with only a few extras less...

That's true, but even coated or otherwise, what really makes the difference is how well that beryllium is implemented.
I suspect Fiio are going to be able to do a very professional job with this :)

The included high-purity silver-coated monocrystalline copper cable was carefully upgraded to the LC-3.5B for its fidelity and ability to resolve details, being noticeably better than the typical earphone cable. Your music will sound sublime with the included cable, which brings the best out of the FH3's drivers.

Yep.

Quite frankly, I don’t care if the DD is made out of spray painted newspaper. If it sounds great, and is durable/dependable enough, that’s all that matters to me.

There should be a 2.5mm alternative on FH3.... That's what I think if we re talking about excellence and fidelity..

Is it a FiiO “only” driver though? In either manufacturing or design?

(It isn’t.. and since it generally comes down to the “implementation” anyway..)

Does anyone know is beryllium really safe to be used like this in iem? As it is known to have diverse effects on health in general I am still on the fence to try any iem's that have it them. Thanks for your info if you know any :)

Continuing the same design language as the others in the FH series of earphones, the all-new further refined water ripple design faceplate of the FH3 gives it robust strength while looking elegant. The various curves of different angles of the FH3 seamlessly blend into each other, attracting everyone's eyes. And through data on thousands of people's ears as well as going through more than 10 rounds of trials and iteration, an extremely comfortable design for the FH3 was eventually created.
