Is just coated, nothing special. Some very cheap IEM use same technology.
Do you have any decent examples?

Yep.That's true, but even coated or otherwise, what really makes the difference is how well that beryllium is implemented.
I suspect Fiio are going to be able to do a very professional job with this
They got us good with the EA1 lolYes, and FiiO's own FD1 sounds great doing this. Therefore very interested what they will do with the added 2 BAs and what the pricing will be.
Edit: However, it would be nice to know beforehand if there'll be the same model from a sub brand for half the price with only a few extras less...
There should be a 2.5mm alternative on FH3.... That's what I think if we re talking about excellence and fidelity..
The included high-purity silver-coated monocrystalline copper cable was carefully upgraded to the LC-3.5B for its fidelity and ability to resolve details, being noticeably better than the typical earphone cable. Your music will sound sublime with the included cable, which brings the best out of the FH3's drivers.
Is it a FiiO “only” driver though? In either manufacturing or design? That's true, but even coated or otherwise, what really makes the difference is how well that beryllium is implemented.
