It would be nice if you could tell us how much DB the noise cancelling does, I believe Sony and Bose both advertise how much they do.

The flyer states 35 +- 5 dB.

Still, we'd have to see measurements of noise reduction across the spectrum. I want to see Rting's because they have measured other ANC headphones as well. We can compare the measurements.

I do hope FiiO can pull off an open environment mode with this headset. I’m not a big fan of active noise cancellation, but I do love the idea that some ANC cans have a mode that pushes outside audio to the drivers so you don’t have to take them off in order to hear your surroundings. That is a quality-of-life enhancement that is very compelling to me as a consumer beyond being an audiophile.

I don't want to bother but in terms of comparison with the strongest ANC ones such as Bose or Sony and their flagships, how do you say that yours is playing?

I have the EH3NC dispatched to me from Advancedmp3players in the UK. I have a couple of questions that I was hoping Fiio can answer:-

1. I will be using these mainly with an Android phone LG G7 using the Tidal app to stream and play downloaded albums. Whilst playing from Tidal can the Fiio music app be used to control the EH3NC? The Sony Headphone connect app allows this on the Sony WH1000XM3.

2. Can two sources be connected to the EH3NC at the same time, for example a phone and a tablet?
