I doubt it. From what I heard, it doesn't amplify that much, it's much more valued for it's Bass Boost. Consider something else, do some research.

I have the older version of E7 with 2.4dB gain, and it can drive my SR325i (same spec as RS1)  plenty loud (24/61 in setting in about as higher as I want to go) from a decent source (Nano 4G line-out, or the internal DAC). The current version of E7 has a 4dB gain, so I can only assume it will have more than enough volume for RS1 unless you want to blow your eardrum out. BTW, most Grado can be driven unamped easily.
