This works only a few times. After some period of time problem appears again and it's not possible to use this solution to fix it.

I am not 100% sure this will work, but given how cheap this will cost, it might worth a try:-
 
Basically get one of these 3.5mm 'dust cap' and permanently leaves one plug into the AUX jack to force it switch on all the time
 

 
 
Remember it must be full size 3.5mm plug, not those half size plug.
