I recently bought an E6 that seems legit and sounds great. BUT the output jack won't let me push the plug in all the way. Has anyone seen this before? Should I return it?

Ok, so I can push it in but it takes a lot of force. Still, is it normal?

I sent an email to Fiio with pictures and serial number and they confirmed it is a genuine product. I purchased from an authorized dealer on Amazon. I will contact them and see what they say.

It does take a bit of force for me. It's usually easier if I plug it in with a spinning motion.
