Title says it all, will the Fiio e6 work well with the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro's 80 OHM version?

Will be powered by my phone (HTC Incredible S)

Yes it will,
I just received my Fiio E6 yesterday and it even drives my DT770 Pro 250-Ohm headphones.
