Be aware that HD650 are too picky with what gear you use to drive them and E11 is among many others not good match for them and they will lack deep sub-bass. For your information HD650 and Maverick Audio TubeMagic D1 are made in haven for each other but if you want best value headphones for your money forget about HD650 and get HE-400 instead

I have both the units (E11 & HD650) - However i have never paired them together - i feel HD650 needs a bigger and better AMP than a Portable amp (esp. talking about E11 here); E11 is more suitable and does a good job with GR07 or even IE8. HD650 is open so i dont use it outside my home, so dont might being grounded to my main AMPS and DACs
 
Are you looking at pairing these two to use it on the move?
