Hello,

BTR3K can be connected to phones, which need to be equipped with a dedicated USB adapt cable.Now most mobile phones can be supported USB DAC after installing the FiiO Music APP, but since the current USB audios of various brands'phones are not standardized, FiiO's products can't guarantee to be fully compatible.

Relating devices: Android phone+CL06/LT-TC1+BTR3K
Notes:
1.It is suggested to use the FiiO Music app, with the USB selection on;
2.Ensure the USB testing mode is working on the Developer Options;
3.Ensure the cable is an official OTG CL06 or LT-TC1. If the BTR3K is charged by the phone, you can go to Settings on FiiO Music app, turning the charging switch to off;
4.For the reson that there is no standard USB Audio specifications between different brands of phones, which might cause the compatibility issue. If it fails by following the above instructions, you can try another phones.

Hifigo have been a great group to work with, and now they want me to review the BTR3K. HiFiGo have sent me a BTR3K to evaluate in their Sharing Circle program - and being so inexpensive the BTR3K would cost more than it is worth to return it China - so Hifigo are going to let me keep the BTR3K.

Of course I will be objective as always in my comments, but I wanted to disclose this before posting my comments.

My last HiFiGo shipment took 10 days from this kind of notice, so I should get the BTR3K around April 6th...

Last time it took 3 days from that point to get here...so overall the shipping time is a bit longer than last time...

Amazon delivery has been great, even after the warnings of priority some things have gotten here way ahead of the projected delivery date. Some things are taking a ridiculously long time with delivery projections out into late May / Mid-June...and there's no delivery slots for Amazon Fresh (grocery delivery) so I've had to dash out and shop - mask and all - and it wasn't too bad actually. Even got toilet paper and paper towel (1 package each).

Looking forward to the BTR3K arrival later in the week.

Delivery Update: The BTR3K arrived via USPS in a solid box on April 8, 2020 at 12:39 pm. Shipping took from the 27th of March to April 8th from HiFiGo in China to me here in Northern CA for a total shipping time of 13 days.

I'll check out the BTR3K and post an update asap.

just ordered from Aliexpress about an hour ago and I just got a notification of it being shipped. Seems like it's a UBI tracking number (no updates yet). Last time I ordered from Ali and UBI was the carrier it was on Mar 6 for my FiiO UTWS1 and it arrived 6 days later.
this time I'll temper my expectations..

yeah I have a couple orders through aliexpress, a whole ton of them are delayed, some lost(none of which important stuffs thankfully). I really don't recommend to buy from them for at least a couple months.
