FiiO brand new Balanced High-fidelity Bluetooth AMP BTR3K comes now!

预热1.jpg

1. The upcoming upgraded product BTR3K will be released soon! Building off of what made the BTR3 so good, the BTR3K implements balanced output. It is a truly balanced design, with a DAC and amplifier carefully paired for the left and right channels each, for the purest sound possible.

2. The dual crystal oscillator system in the BTR5 also comes to the BTR3K! The 22.5792M/24.576 MHz dual crystal oscillators mean that during Bluetooth and USB decoding, the BTR3K can more accurately reproduce audio signals under various sampling rates – due to greatly reduced jitter and greatly increased audio stability. Stay stuned to learn more about the BTR3K.

3. With two high-performance AK4377A DACs, the power output has increased by 50% compared to the AK4376 used in the BTR3 as well as greatly improved measurements and actual sound.

4. The aluminum alloy body wrapped elegantly in an arc of 2.5D glass like that used in the latest smartphones, the oleophobic coating that keeps off fingerprints, the high contrast black lettering and the smooth texture give the compact BTR3K an elegant look that would not be out of place in a specialty artisan’s shop.

Can this be used as PC dac/amp too? I'd like to have a small all-in-one device for everything. Don't need it to be super high-end.

Yes, but it only support to 44.1k/48k-16bit (same as BTR3), maybe you can try BTR5, it can support to 384k/DSD256

Can they support headphones with high impedance? Like 600ohm?

Has anyone ever ordered from hifigo?
Are they legit?
I'm very happy with my interactions with the Hifigo staff, I've written to and gotten to know a number of them over the past months, so I can happily recommend Hifigo :)

I ordered from HifiGo for the first time Feb 3rd while the Chinese shutdown delayed shipping and HifiGo shipped March 4th. I received the first part of my order on March 13th to the San Francisco Bay Area. It was nicely packaged in a thick bubble wrap pack and completely water / air sealed, and everything was in new condition - and it all works.

I ordered a Blon Bl-03 + BTR5 case + cable. I changed the order several times in the month between online order and shipment to find a 2.5mm balanced end cable for the BL-03. Lots of emails went back and forth and Hifigo never complained about my many questions and changes, they were always very nice and helpful.

I still couldn't decide on a cable when they got back to shipping, so Hifigo split the order and shipped the two items I had decided on. Eventually I picked something else as a replacement for the cable, and Hifigo shipped the 2nd shipment March 17th - I'm expecting delivery sometime around March 26th if it takes the same time as the 1st shipment.

When a package ships Hifigo sends a shipping notice that includes a tracking number for the Chinese leg of the shipment which has good tracking info online and that includes the USPS tracking number so I can track the hand-off and US leg of the shipments. I've now received two of those notices.
I was concerned about COVID-19 persistence on product, shipping and packaging, so I did some research that shows 9 days maximum that a similar coronavirus can persist at normal ambient conditions on plastic vs all surfaces tested in the report linked below.

It took 9 days in shipping to reach me so I felt it was safe to open right away - research on SARS-CoV shows a maximum of 9 days survival on plastic surfaces at Room Temperature:
SARS-CoVStrain FFM1107RT6–9 d[28]
https://www.journalofhospitalinfection.com/article/S0195-6701(20)30046-3/fulltext

That report also has an informative section on "Inactivation of coronaviruses by biocidal agents in suspension tests"

I'm still watching for new data for COVID-19 specific results on various surfaces and ambient temperature conditions - please share if you find any such reports.
I'm still looking for a 2.5mm balanced end cable for the Blon BL-03. A 2-pin doesn't curve to drape the cable over the ear. QDC connectors require sanding off material on the BL-03 earpieces - I don't want to do that. TFZ connectors don't exactly match the Blon design. And, all the made for Blon IEM cables I could find are 3.5mm terminated. If anyone knows of a BL-03 2.5mm balanced ended cable, please let me know. :)
Update: I got an alert for the US leg of the 2nd delivery from Hifigo 3/24:
March 24, 2020, 4:23 pm
Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item
BLOOMINGTON, CA 92316
Shipping Partner: NEWGISTICS
Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 4:23 pm on March 24, 2020 in BLOOMINGTON, CA 92316. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

That's a different facility than last shipment:
March 10, 2020, 5:14 pm
Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item
LOS ANGELES, CA 90040
Shipping Partner: NEWGISTICS

Last time it took another 3 days to make it to my door...so I'd estimate the 27th rather than the 26th I originally estimated...
Update: Delivery 3/27
March 27, 2020, 3:42 pm
Delivered, In/At Mailbox
Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 3:42 pm on March 27, 2020 in...
The IEM I picked to replace the cable is the NICEHCK DB3, and I have been listening to them on the BTR5 and they are surprisingly awesome - switching between the NiceHCK DB3 and the Blon BL-03's makes both sound better to me than when I only had the Blon's alone. IDK which I like better... still listening.

HIFiGo also included a surprise, because there is no 2.5mm balanced cable for Blon-03 available they included a DD DJ35A 2.5mm Balanced adapter for fun, a nice personal touch. Love the smell of the wood box it came in, and I have already tried it on the BTR5 - the DJ35A is a very nicely made adapter. I think I'll buy the matching DD DJ44A 4.4 Balanced adapter later. It was a nice surprise. :)
