Do you need to install windows drivers or will windows 10 automatically detect it with the highjer bitrates?
You would need to install the DAC driver first for higher sampling rate supporting.

Best regards

This late in the day why did you not update it to BT 5.2 and add aptX Adaptive?
The developing time and hardware limitation not allow us to update this for the BTA30Pro. You could wait for our newer product instead.

I probably gonna skip this and wait for the aptx adaptive which might be aptx lossless compatible as Qualcomm announced the aptx lossless using the existing codec.
right now I'm pleased with my bta30 as a Bluetooth transmitter while using the zen blue Bluetooth receiver.

I've just recieved my fiio bta30pro and it wont connect to my fiio m11pro DAP via bluetooth, any suggestions?
Dear friend,

You are using the BTA30Pro as Bluetooth receiver or transmitter? It is not compatible with the M11Pro when working as transmitter.

Best regards

I am trying to use the BTA30 Pro as the transmitter and the M11 Pro as the receiver, and won't show up in my list of Bluetooth devices available. I was hoping to use this with my PS4/TV since the PS4 doesn't seem to connect to any Bluetooth device I have, which is why I went with the BTA30 Pro. I will also be using it to transmit audio from my laptop occasionally.

Update
I tried installing the Windows codec and still no luck. I then moved to the ps4/tv and no luck connecting my M11Pro as a reciever. If i turn off the bluetooth dac/amp mode on the m11pro, the bta30 pro shows up in bluetooth devices but won't actually pair.

I tried connecting with my note10+ to no avail. I will try connecting my LC-BT2(not ideal) and i also have a vmoda bt adapter for my m100 but it only has aptX. Bummer i either misunderstood what the BTA30Pro does or I'm doing something wrong. I have no issues with connecting my phone/m11pro in either tx/rx mode over bluetooth with no issues, even with LDAC using the fiio music app, so it's frustrating that this won't connect as easily.

Just got the bta30 pro past 2 days. Some of my experiences:

1) Wish it had a separate power switch - instead of 3-secs pair mode then 5-secs to switch off on the same switch. Can later firmware include double or triple-click power-off or something similar?
2) Connecting to previously paired receivers (Q5K, Go Blu, WH2) is not consistent. Occasionally it works. Mostly, had to power reset or re-pair again.
3) Sounds fuller/richer connecting via LDAC playing tidal on Win10 than with Pixel3 or Sony ZX1 phones via LDAC hosting UAPP-tidal. It's quite noticeable. Maybe it's the better DAC or connecting at 990kbps consistently; it sounds good.
4) FiiO Control app doesn't see the BTA30 pro. Win10 drivers is installed.
5) Couldn't fully pair with FiiO FW1. Can only get it working with one earpiece but not both.

Dear friend,

Since a pairing is needed to be confirmed when using the M11Pro as Bluetooth receiver, it could not be compatible with the BTA30Pro when BTA30Pro is in TX mode.
We did not test the BTA30Pro with the PS4. But according to the feedback from a reviewer, the BTA30Pro could work with PS5 via USB connection:

Dear friend,

You may try to clear the pairing for both devices and reconnect to see whether it helps? We will also report your feedback to the engineer for assessing.
