actually my hearing stops at around 16.5khz, and dark chocolate has always made me sick for some reason (yet I can eat general dairy with no problem)

idk, I don't usually eat sweets, a nice cheese tray with a good stilton, some fresh brie, and good spanish goat cheeses would be good though, lol (and yes, I'd seriously rather have blue cheese than sweets)

well I won't sit and eat blue cheese straight raw, but yes, I have no issues eating other cheese straight up, fruits ruin it

blue cheese needs something with it, to complement it, wine is usually chosen, but theres many other options (I wouldn't go for anything sweet, I'd prefer something salty or spicy to go along with the umami, but thats just my weird personal tastes)

espresso isn't so great straight up, especially with cheese
