There was actually a quad for sale on ebay with three different colours of ink. I thought, no. Wes would never forgive me! I mean, I assumed mixing those wouldn't be the best idea.

WHAT????

Are you prioritizing your home mortgage payment over TM300B?
Seriously, you'll be fine in a tent with the Envy and TM300B warming you up. Far less maintenance too. Win win!

Just joking, honest. I don't spend money on audio that I don't have.

Same, that's why I didn't order TM-300B this time.
Ditto! Plus the MOs with the MU2 was spectacular.

Still...Next time!

When is your Special Edition due? Do you have an eta?

Hopefully soon. Do let us know what you think of it. 👍
Well I already loved the Envy Performance Edition, I can't see myself liking the AE any less

Not necessarily an Envy question so I apologize in advance, but I've seen talks about tube rolling, as well as the Puritan PSM156 power conditioner. Which do you guys think would be worth investing into first for a larger boost in technicalities in an engaging and natural way?

I would be "upgrading" from Niagara1200 to Puritan PSM156, or the stock WA23 Luna power 2a3 tubes to the Takatsuki 2A3. Bout about same price after the dust settles. I've read the Tak2a3 impressions on the WA23 thread which sound enticing, but there is something reassuring about knowing that my power situation should be mostly solidified by swapping to the Puritan. Goal is both eventually but gotta compromise to start :).

See if you can audition a Puritan from a dealer. It is a nice step up in dynamics from the Niagara 1200. That is one side and perhaps someone knows both sides of your question.
