Lately it's been Bach.

Mahler closely followed by Brahms and Tchaikovsky. Bach deserves a mention too, in fact I'm listening to him right now.

Gosh, just one!

I don't think I'm well versed enough, even after enjoying it for so long. Jazz took over my musical life!

Hmm, just one. Arcangelo Corelli.

I'm absolutely in love with his Violin Sonata Op. 5 No. 12 in E Minor. Among the most beautiful pieces I've ever heard/played.

Bach! I have so many versions of his music, interpretations from Gardiner to Sergio Luca playing his Partitas with an Amati, to Walter (Wendy) Carlos and Don Dorsey with their synth versions, and Bob McFerrin singing while Yo Yo Ma plays his cello....why is it that is music sounds glorious regarding on how is played?
Beethoven (5th and 9th symphonies are beyond words)
Peter Ilich T: what about his 5th Symphony?
Vivaldi: his Gloria is heaven itself...
Handel:Messiah...wow!
But above all...still Bach.....yes!

For now, I'll go with Claude Debussy.

Bach is the man. I must say.

Antonio Vivaldi a not-so-close second.
