hello all, i have just recently bought westone 4r  from Amazon.ca. and just received it yesterday.and.. i realised that my w4r's case is kinda different from the normal w4r's. i got the orange case which is diffrent with factory black case. And there are no product information CD either. whats wrong? any of u guys having the same thing as me? thank you.

Amazon is an authorized dealer, plus you have 30 days to return them. That being said I just received mine as well tonight and mine are indentical right down to that cheezy orange case.

They are not fake.  Sometimes manufacturers change things and sometimes the retailers don't update their photos.  I got the same orange case.

Don't know if this is too late, but a friend recently purchased Westone 4rs from an authorised dealer and triple flanges were definitely included.

Amazon is an authorized dealer and I have purchased 4 sets recently and none of them included the triples.

same to me ,mine is bought from BH ...But I asked CS today ,and they told me this is the newer version ,not sure whether this is the reason why 4r is 325 nowadays ,lack of triple tips and CD and change the protection case ?

Hey, has anybodys jack got 2 black stripes instead of green ? Also Is the filter inside the nozzle normally red ? I would be happy to get some answers ;D Im having such a love hate relationship with this IEM and now im on the verge of calling them fake , just got to be sure ;D Has anybody ever opened up the Westone 4r ? Is it safe to look inside ?
