Too much silver is also not good.
It can end up coming across as clinical and cold.
Especially if you have a very neutral system and possibly have added silver cables to the system.
I don't think you want that.
To compensate you need a warm dac and quite warm tubes and possibly copper cables.
This can backfire and you have spent a lot of money unnecessarily.
I'm not going to encourage Eric personally to do it now.
The silver solder is okay and is actually enough, I think.
Apart from that, if you live in a wet area, it is more likely to corrode.
Silver is somewhat susceptible to this, even more so than copper.
I'm starting to think at this point it might just be easier to list the tubes that can't be used.
This ultimatE is truly a swiss army tube rolling machine

I agree and will not go with a complete silver wiring in the amp.
When I was having Odyssey made, I ask Tomas about using silver wiring for the amp. He shoke his head and said, you don't want that. He said he gets better result with his good copper wires. He further said, Don't let others steer you into going all silver wires for the amp but if you want to, I can do it. I listen to him and Odyssey turn out to be one hell of a good sounding amp.
