currently using with Portaphile/Tomahawk and 5.5g Imod. Had couple of Xin amps and understand that Xin uses the Etys when testing his amps. Good luck waiting for one, though

ALO Cottondock, SR-71 and prefer it without P to S lead.

Yes the SR-71 is bulky so I tend to use my Nano rather than the H140 to compensate when I want max portability.

Am currently using the iQube and iBasso D2. Both sound great with the ER4P. I am also using the Klipsch eargels. Far more comfortable than either of the Ety tips.

iPod Classic -> Qables LOD -> Headsix -> ER-4S

I have a Tomahawk but I've never tried it with the Etys

I would rate the Headsix

I just got some ER-4Ps. Half the time they've been unamped from my iPod, the other half amped through my Xin Supermini with its built in P to S adapter.

Sounds fantastic unamped, sounds more fantastic amped.

Great stuff guys. I just ordered my first amp and will be getting it hopefully in a few weeks when its back in stock.

Then my setup will be:

iPod nano (2nd Gen) ----> S2 Stealth LOD ----> MiniBox-E+ ----> Ety ER4P

Keep those posts coming.

ety er-4s through headstage lyrix total (better parts version) w/ lme49720 opamp when i'm at my desk but not on the go as it makes the system less portable. my portable is just a sony dap & earbuds. the amp has a good clean sound.
