As a follow up to my last post https://www.head-fi.org/threads/need-fun-upgrade-that-last-for-the-next-5-10-years.934551/

I narrowed down the choices to EMU Teak 500USD (Fostex X00 variant) for my budget 1-1400€.
It turned out that the lower to midrange sounded better to me from youtube demos compared to the highend ones.
I am rdy to buy them used or new, to not make the misstake to just listen to one opinion:
