The request for taxi rembersment, sounds like the guy is trying to rip off the company. You say that taxi expenses are not covered. Just deny the whole trp, and put the guy on notice. Next time it will be seen as attempting to steal.



The taxi chgs were already denied but ownership has already reached the conclusion that he was trying to steal and that his offence is worse than that of the 2 who got 3 days off.
I was told today that my guy should receive the same punishment as the other two (3 days susp w/out pay, no emp disc for 6 mos, plus no travel for a year).
It gets better.
Tomorrow we have an event. I was also told that my guy should work the event, then be told that he's being suspended. After all, we need him during the event.
That is so classy.
I'm beside myself w/ disgust and rage. This is headed for a showdown and I may be headed for a new career. Oh well, what's 12 yrs.
