Not true ^^ - shadow can be used as any other amp. Just need some kind of interconnect from your DAP to the amp (Ipod LOD is prefered method for ipod users)

Also, not all LOD's are $300 (or even $100+). I just built 4 for about $100 total and you can find them on the FS forums here or ebay for $30 or so.

Plastic bumps -> rubber feet, for the bottom of the amp so you dont scratch.

burn in time is 100 hours, most of us hasn't received theirs for 10 hours

all I can say for now is...I have never heard my music like this! musical instruments separation and dynamic range is awesome

Ive charged it for 5 hours, the battery is still charging (red light is still on)
