The Annihilator already has large shells and with the ADV Eartune ear tips, they would stick out farther than a pair of AKG K1000 headphones— certainly would compromise the sound.

MusicTeck has a few options I believe. Amazon offerings look almost identical.

This is the one (Color option: Olive) I bought a while back, but haven't used it much since it adds unwanted length to the connector. The angled version might be better (Color Option: Multicolor).

Exactly why I wouldn’t get one. Theres several companies on Aliexpress that can do cables for Pentaconn now as well.

Yea, it's awesome that these AE stores can customize your connectors, terminations, and even add/remove ear hooks when you purchase a cable from them. However, if you already have a high end cable that you want to try out with the Elysian IEMs, one of these adapters is probably the best bet.

Also, if you want to re-terminate your existing cable connector to Effect Audio's ConX, EA may or may not do that for you for a fee.

Very true, I don't know why I didn't think about that lol. Been meaning to get a new cable myself for the Annihilator
