Its hard to show how translucent this wire is. Its not entirely see through, but the wire is visible!!

Don't worry Craig.  I think people are just not appreciating the photo.  I have a good idea of what to expect based on what you are saying.  I think it's a cool look you are offering.  Some people consider the translucent black a more understated look.

The color is added to the insulation, before the insulation is extruded onto the bare silver wire.
