Yes they do. Bass is snappier.
 
I'm not sure what regulators Eulover is using.
 
The one on the left is SPJ79(-15V/2A) the one on the right is SPJ17(+15V/2A) . I just read on Belleson's website that they developed a new low voltage regulator specifically for the ESS9018 chip. Sounds interesting.

I haven't done that mod yet. Still waiting for the kits to arrive. All I know for now is that they replace the two 15k tube output resistors. A fellow DIYer will coach me on the details of the installation when the time comes.

Looks like we just need to need to replace the resistors with the 2 modules, which means it may be a tough fit for me unless I can find a place somewhere else for my Russian grenades in the dac. Lol.
