Yes, that makes me feel much happier. 
But I am considering simply go back to the local earphone shop to change a new pair directly. Do you guys think this is reason enough? I Really don't want to wait for more then half month to send it to France from Hong Kong and come back from France.

the only problem is that I have no idea how to identify if that pair of Velvet have the material injection problem...
But after I told this situation to my local earphone shop, they want to send all stock of Velvet back to Earsonics LOL

it sounds better with my AK240 compare to Velvet.
the biggest reason I change to Roxanne is the presentation of the texture of the instruments. Velvet tends to smooth out everything, but sometimes that make me feel the texture of guitar or violin is not clear and sharp enough. Roxanne does an excellent job on this. Although Velvet has a slightly bigger soundstage, the soundstage of Roxanne sounds more nature and has better layering.

Why did you even buy the Velvet in the first place?
