JVC Marhsmallows
V-Moda Vibes (used)
Audiotechnica ATH-CK7 (used)
Sennheiser CX300 (used)

I assume you meant Earbuds.

...but none of your suggestion are earbuds. Those are all canalphone.

For canalphone, I suggest either JVC Marhsmallows or Creative EP-630 for sub $50 range; MylarOne X3 / XB, or Etymotic ER6i for $50~$100 range.

I kinda like my Zen Aurvana. I got these on sale when they were $46 CDN (with tax). I don't know if you can find them at this price, but if you can, they should go well with your Zen Touch.

Oh, forgot to mention one thing with the Zen Aurvana. They are good for mids and highs, but have very little bass.

You mentioned in your OP that you want something with "with more mids and much more highs", so that's why the Aurvanas came to mind. If you're looking for bassier headphones, look elsewhere!

I can recommend the Marshmallows as well. I have both the Marshmallows and the CX-300, and I enjoy the Marshmallows much more.
For earbuds, I think the Yuin PK3 will suit your budget and needs.
