I'm on headphonebar.com right now and they have two E10s.
 
The Version2 E10 is on sale for $59.99 while the 'new' Olympus E10 is selling full price for $79.99.
 
What are the differences between the two? Which one is the better buy?

the difference is only the name between version2 and olympus.

NO
there are 3 differences:
 
 
1.The sound delay was controlled in 0.1s rather than the former 0.7s.
2.The coaxial and headphone output port one the new version is golden-made, while the previous ones are silver-made.
3. The new version is with the OLYMPUS silk screen on it.

IMO the biggest difference. V2s had an extremely noisy plug, the newer Olympus is slightly better.
