Looks like FW 2.05.125 just got released

Improvements with this firmware:

1. Improved the battery saver function, now battery saver works when charging with the player powered off.
2. Rectified the bug that some APPs can't access the Micro SD card. (Android OS)

Done.
Very easily, direct download and unzip into the player.
No PC needed.

Hmm, i wonder if this fixes the random sound drop outs when listening to offline music. On 2.0.4 music sometimes blank out in the beginning sections of the music in a long listening. But if i restart the same track again it would play fine. Does not happen on dx170 or firmware 2.0.1 @Paul - iBasso

Can't see the 2.0.5 update in updater. DX320 2.04.923 already the latest version!?

I haven’t figured out how to do it without hooking up to my Mac?! I downloaded and unzipped both folders, plus went to the manual update on 320 but nothing loads in the ‘internal’ tab… it’s not saved to the SD card.

Unzip one, then take the second zip as is and drop it on the player. Go to updater tap update then you got to tap the file area at the top to locate it "internal storage". Its weird but works. I hope they define it as button in the updater one day.

Ok thanks, so you have to unzip via an external device such as my Mac? I had hoped it could be done directly on the device.

I'm sure there is a way but to keep confusion low, the simple way is DL to computer unzip then take other zip and drop it on internal or SD.

Also look for a better file manager for Mac for Android devices like Macdroid and Syncmate. Android file transfer is free but sucks big time for mac.

You can wait for ota update, I think it will be available soon. Or download and unzip directly on the DX320.
To copy file from Mac to Android, I'm using Commander one which works perfectly (it's a file manager like Total commander on Windows)
