Does anyone remember the Android app used that can be used in conjunction with the DX200 to remotely control the DX200?

Anyone suddenly having battery issues? These past 2 days I've had the following happen:
  • AMP2 installed and battery at 90% or higher. Turn off DX200. Sit for an hour or more
  • Switch to AMP8 and power on DX200.
  • DX200 doesn't power on...
  • Plug in charger and see the battery is suddenly drained...
  • Wait a few minutes and turn on DX200. See the battery at < 5%...
I just sent this device in for battery issues just a few months ago... except now my warranty is expired. I'm on the latest firmware. I'll try a factory reset later...
Please disconnect the AMP8 and reconnect and then try the factory reset. If this continues your AMP8 would need to be replaced.

Okay, I'll try this.

I'll confirm the draining too. Power back on with AMP2 still in, check the battery, then switch to AMP8 and see if it still dies.

You can use usb out with the right playback app, but doing so will degrade the sound quality, Coax out is much better and need no driver, it can even do DOP64x. Actually one of the best thing about Dx200 is it ability to play Coax out at a good performances, and I am talking about technically and sonically. First I hear it to perform very good with my desktop DAC, and then even at the absolute highest Jitter tolerances, the LKS004 does not lose PLL (lowest Jitter control, and it means the DAC will not be able to tolerate any kind of Jitter, see, even USB from my Walkman WM1Z would lose PLL, or bad computer).

So I made the jump to and got the software... did a sample album over night...

Oh my goodness... the clarity and the layering and the separation are amazing... and this is with AMP3 and Thor on my A18.

Ugh I thought it wasn’t possible to squeeze more in terms of this musical experience ... you all have reawaken an itch I thought I stopped... someone hide my wallet please...
Which piece of software on the Xivero software page did you use ?
