Any chance you've tried Amp 4 or Amp 5 with the A18? I am getting both and have a 4.4 terminated IEM cable as well.

I have not had the privilege yet. . . everything has been cabled to 2.5mm balanced, so for the time being I am keeping it as such for now.

I previously used Samsung Evo+ 256GB with DX200 and now change to Sandisk Ultra 400GB.

Musics transfer to Sandisk are even faster and I'm really happy with it.

Hi all, looking for a Micro SD card for my upcoming DX200 and since I'm new in the world of DAP, I'm wondering if the quality/performance of the card is really important. Sure I don't plan to buy a cheap card but is there a performance difference in audio application between let's say a Samsung Evo+, Sandisk Ultra or Sandisk Extreme Pro?

I assume the quality of the card have more to do with reliability concern than audible difference but want to ask experimented users here.

Thanks.

Picked up my DX200 and heard a rattling sound, as if a screw got loose inside. Took off the case and removed the amp. Eventually stopped when I turned it around enough. Everything still works fine. Should I disassemble?

It isn't hard to take apart. The metal that covers the volume control, a screw under a piece of white tape and a couple of other obvious black screws and the two screws where the amp would fit next to the case. I would guess a loose screw.

If you email me I can send you a video for disassembly. There is a piece of tape that is over a screw for warranty purposes but since I authorize this your warranty would be intact. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Really regret selling my dx200. If anyone knows of anyone selling please send them my way

You are too quick to pull the trigger based on the first out-of-the-box impression

I have heard legendary ibasso support all the way to my country. I thought it was stuff of fanboy myth. After reading this, i now fully believe it. I would not hesitate buying ibasso product in future.
