I am confused whether I should go for the Dunu Titan 5. I have the HD 650 and the DT 150. I like lush liquid sound with no grain. Are these that? someone said that these sound close to the HD 650s. That got my attention.

What model came after the Titan 5? or is it the last?

You would normally then consider the DN hybrid series. I'd love to hear a titan 2 or 4 ofcourse because that'd be a gamechanger.

Possibly the wrong place to ask, but is there a small IEM at this price that is as good as the Dunu's but not open (no sound leakage)?

That rendered the Titan 1 unusable for me unfortunately. Great sound though.

Edit: NVM, gone for the Pinnacle P1.

The Titan 1 continue to impress me.

For some reason I decided to buy a pair of basshead headphones (they have been fun to play with, but will never be my go-to).

I listen to some of the tracks people say they use to test bass, and the Titans reach down low enough to pick up everything!  Simply amazing. Don't misunderstand, they are not basshead IEM, they don't have the quantity to satisfy if that is what a person is looking for, but they reproduce everything.

I use the Titans exclusively on a 5th gen ipod touch, listening to Spotify premium, with no EQ applied.  When I can sit down with no distractions, just get in to the music, I still love these IEMs.

Pinnacle P1's going back. Firstly, driver mesh is missing on the left shell, but more importantly, no bass whatsoever! Not a flat response either, it's lacking.

I was spoiled by the Titan 1's (especially at that price). If only there were closed! Gah.

Might try the MK2 FiiO's.

I'd love to a titan 2 and 4, sounding like the in between the 1,3 and 5 and that's pretty much game over...

Yeah, saw that. Listing 1, 3, and 5 kinda means you had to have heard of the 1

I know what you mean. Not in between but perhaps a mix of the best traits. Stage/air of the 1, mids more up like the 3, treble and bass reach of the 5. If they could pull that off and up the resolution a bit also and price it ~ 169 that would be pretty great. Maybe throw in a bit bigger case and some longer length tips :)
