What's the current turnaround time like for Peter to reterminate a cable, or just to order a new Ultrashort adapter? If anyone has recent experience, please share. Thanks.

I've tried to email Peter about a retermination of my DHC cable a couple of months ago but unfortunately I haven't heard back from him ever since then.

Use Telegram to chat with him. He responds there quicker than email.

FYI, I was chatting with Peter and he told me he found that he had more Clone Silver cable left than he thought. So it's back available for order for awhile.

If you have four seasons from where you are then it's closer to one cycle....
If you like DHC quality that much then maybe worthwhile to wait.

Hit him up on Telegram to see if he'll be able to deliver it in a reasonable timeframe.

Right now he's quoting a 6 week wait.

Anyone in the Netherlands have a Chimera with 3.5 mm connectors? Considering this one, but before taking the rather considerable plunge I’d first like to audition it , preferably as close to home as possible.

So I just got an adapter from DHC and the condition of the adapter doesn't look too good. Is it suppose to look like this? It's got like a grey stone like abrasive washer before the 6.3mm termination. I thought they were suppose to look like what was advertised on their page. The outer shell of the female xlr is in rough shape as well.

But it sounds decent? On par or better than a adapter I had ordered before online. I don't know, was just expecting something that looked like one of their ultrashort adapters on their page. I guess they don't have one designed around 4 pin female to 6.3mm? Its sounding on par or better than my previous one makes me feel a little better though...

I don't know why they didn't put their logo on mine. I feel like it would make it harder to resell down the road and it lessens pride of ownership, at least for me.
