So what amp should I get? I need one that can be used while charging, and is under $50. It does not need to be portable.

Both of those are over $50, I just can't get over spending more than that to drive $130 headphones
Is there anything less than $50?

You don't need an amp.

But if you've convinced yourself that you need one - then buy the Fiio E6. At least that way you won't be spending too much.

Ok, I guess I won't be getting an amp until I get better headphones. If I do end up getting one, then I'll get the E6.
