I lurked around the sites and blog a bit last night.

What's the good word on this movie? Should I get excited?

I was fighting the ague last night, watching Breach* at one in the morning when I saw the previews. Director is visual effects and short documentary guy? Maybe that's a good thing.


*Who knew how good that would be at one in the morning on USA network. Good spy flick.

Not that it necessarily matters, but Jackson was involved heavily with, but did not direct, this movie.

I saw the trailer the other night. I'll wait for the reviews before seeing it - this is one of those movies that could either be terrific or awful. I couldn't tell from the trailer.

MNU Spreads Lies

Christopher also has a twitter feed. It's kind of uneventful though. "Once MNU registers you, your life is not your own." and so forth. He is good about answering tweets however.

Overall, I think it is fairly well done.

Huh, honestly I thought more would be excited for this movie with its particular premise. I saw it today and will let it settle in a bit. I think most will enjoy it a little or a lot.

Be warned, this baby was shot in 1.85:1. Some might wish to sit a row or two back from usual.

I agree about the marketing campaign. I first say the benches 4-5 months ago and this is the ONLY time I've ever gone to a website written on a bus bench, just to figure out what they're all about. Very good job done by the marketing team.
