Digizoid Z02 will not recharge.

My Z02 that I bought used on the forum last year for $50 will no longer recharge. It was working fine then, one day after not using it for a few days, the low battery LED started to blink causing a thump to be heard through the headphones. I plugged in the usb cable to charge it and, the charging LED would not come on. When I got it to come on, I left it plugged in a few hours. When I unplugged the cable, the amp turned on and the low battery light started blinking. Any ideas?

Probably over-discharged. If that's the case, the battery is pretty much gone and will need a replacement. If you are the handy kind of guy, you can find a suitable replacement on eBay (Li-ion 300mAh, 30mm x 20mm, usually under $10) and only requires a little bit of tinkering. The case does have a tendency to crack under force so you need to be careful or prepare to glue it back. If you are not, better contact digiZoid and see if they can repair it for you.
