Hi everyone,
I have just bought these two headphones to initiate a couple people I know into the world of audio. Since they are gifts, I can't really open them and try them out, so I was wondering what the difference is between them for those of you who have heard both. Then I can figure out which HP should go to which person. Thanks in advance!

Koss portapros are awesome. Great for those who want a little low end oomph with good clarity. Has a nice treble roll off while maintaining high frequency clarity. Very little sibilance makes them non fatiguing and fun to listen to. Great open back sound for 35 bucks. Good portability for those who don't like iems or lugging around big cans. My only knock is their flimsy build and crummy cables. Good thing is that if you break them they have a lifetime warranty, and you can mail them in and get a replacement for 9 bucks. I know nothing about the jvcs. Hope this helps.
