I'm looking onto purchasing a desktop DAC/HP Amp for use in the office and looking for potential suggestions. Size is not really an issueads it will be permanently used in the office, initially with my Custom IEM's but will need the ability to drive harder to drive headphones in the future.

It must meet the following criteria:

- Needs to have USB input (at a minimum of 24/96)

- Needs to have Coaxial input for use with my DX50 as a source

- Needs to be able to drive low impedance CIEM's without background hiss as well as the ability to drive things like the HD650 / Audeze LCD2 etc for future use

- RCA outputs would be good

- Ideally mains powered

- the ability to connect my iDevices via CCK would be extremely beneficial but not essential

I am open to either tubes / solid state or Hybrid's and probably looking up to about £500.00

I have just bought a Leckerton UHA-6sII for portable use with my DX50 and also know that this work as a USB sound card with my Laptop. Just wondering if there were any larger options that would offer better sound benefits for when I'm just sat at my desk.

Cheers
