But the most "FiiO" look to me is most definitely the original and we like.

I think trying to match potential guitar colors is pointless. I see this as a practice tool, not a performing tool. I'd be much more worried about jack placement and design.  For example, a flush-mounted input jack may not accommodate the 1/4" output of a Fender Strat.
 
I vote for C as well, or whatever color is the least costly if it's not black.

True, it is not for professional use, it is for practice when you don't wants to use the guitar speaker to trouble other people.
 
I know electronic guitar is a very popular and common instrument in Western, and so many young guys will study it so it is very useful to student if he don't want to annoy the family and the neighbour. 
 
When I was young, I am loving the song of  Mick Jackson, there are one famous song, the father asked his son to turn down the music, that is the situation that one need a guitar headphone amp so he
 
can use the headphone to monitor what he play in the guitar.
 
BTW, the song is called " BLACK OR WHITE", I am a fans of Mick Jackson too.

You are right, I think this would be very useful at night when you don't want to disturb others or on the go.
