It is the Romi BX2+...it is not needed to drive the D9200. In fact, I rarely use it, I just wanted to try the LO on the M8Which amp have you connected the M8 to?
Is that Romi Bx-2?

OK, still searching for some cheaper alternative to Nutube C9 for a good synergy with the Denons...It is the Romi BX2+...it is not needed to drive the D9200. In fact, I rarely use it, I just wanted to try the LO on the M8
Honestly, I love this amp. It is one of the cleanest, clearest transportable amps I have heard. It doesn't overload you with power and doesn't provide any coloration. It makes the D9200 sing.OK, still searching for some cheaper alternative to Nutube C9 for a good synergy with the Denons...

Looking for some recommendations for a headamp that pairs well with with the Denon AH-D9200.. I am looking for just a tad more body and warmth compared to my M15 and RNHP. Budget around €500 give or take

Hmm.
More for less:
IFi Zen Can
Nice Class A amp for a small budget, i'd say.
Plus you can play with X-Bass and 3D feature for your listening pleasure.

Yes, iFi Zen Can works really well with D9200 and it is great value. The new iFi Diablo would be a big step up, but almost double the budget mentioned.

Maybe a bit side topic but might be interesting as an alternative to investing into warmer DAPS, Amps
Anyone familiar with plug-ins like VST?
Am starting to use Audirvana for playing both local music as well as streaming Tidal, using build in upsampling capabilities to bring anything to 24/192 bitrate
This software as well as other software like Roon is offering to use one or several VST-plugins which can be found from both Headphone companies (Audeze reveal plug-in) as well as firms in music production industry both free and also up to several 1000 bucks.
So my question:
Anyone using such plug-ins with Denon Ah D9200 e.g to warm signature up, any recommendations?

For $200, you can also consider the Schiit Asgard 3. Specs-wise, it is a beast of an amplifier for that price; it'll easily power the AH-D9200 with nary an issue, I feel.Looking for some recommendations for a headamp that pairs well with with the Denon AH-D9200.. This is just an opinion based on reviews of the Asgard 3, though - I have not tested this amplifier myself. However, it has received a good level of praise since its introduction.

I only have experience with the original Asgard as well as the original Lyr, but they both work well with D9200.For $200, you can also consider the Schiit Asgard 3. Specs-wise, it is a beast of an amplifier for that price; it'll easily power the AH-D9200 with nary an issue, I feel.

The Asgard 3 works very well with a variety of headphones (Clears, LCD-XCs, HD 6 series, D5200, etc.) and is a tremendous value.
Any case recommendations? Similar size of the one for Focals
Creepy, but I would expect nothing less
