Denon AH-D7000

Took some pics, the humidor doesn't *quite* close, but I can just trim the bottom of the plastic mold under the "silk" holding the headphones and it should fit perfectly. The pics don't do justice to the humidor at all, though.
For anyone wondering, it smells of cedar and tobacco, and it's fantastic. :D

If I could mod my Denons with a removable cable (which I don't have the skill to do), it'd be perfect, and I wouldn't have to coil the cable each time I put it away. For the moment, my Denons will stay on my headphone stand, but I'll keep the humidor as an option for later. :)

Hi all,

I have just purchased the th900's and am I'm love with them. I am using them at work a lot and I work in an office. The problem is I want to turn them up but can't because if the sound leakage. Have been reading about the LA mods and was wondering if they reduce sound leakage at all or do they just change the sound signature. I know this is not the right forum but I am guessing there wouldn't be much difference and probably more d7000 owners done this mod than the th900 owners. If they do reduce leakage is by much? If not is there any other recommendations?

Palmfish is right. As far as I know, those are the only two things that will help in this situation. All the mods attempted to reduce sound leakage ended up causing fairly significant drops in sound quality as well.

Joe, I found the TH900 to be weird, outside noise could easily pass inside, but sound escaping outside was quite good, about the 70% volume mark before people could hear it slightly.

Ohhh, and i'll cry if you drill a hole in the TH900.

Hey guys, my headband is getting a little wavy.  Is there a way to fix it, or a way to order a replacement headband?

Can add a pic or two if needed.  It feels fine; just looks kinda weird.
