[Morshu]

Has anyone heard of this Denon headphone? Found nothing here, so I guess it's new. I'm just curious because my friend wants to buy it, it has a great price (80 bucks), but can someone say something about it?

The only thing I have seen on this new headphone is what's written up on Headroom's website.  But they didn't really get too deep into sound characteristics or anything.  So, your friend might have to be the guinea pig for this one!

I'm returning mine, they aren't terrible but they are far from great
 
This is by no means a bad set of headphones, with that being said, they are also exemplary in no ways whatsoever
the bass isnt particularly clear, in fact its rather hazy
mids and highs aren't wonderfully clear either
now, I am writing this comparing them to my Audio-Technica ATH-A700 which I would say are really quite close to the perfect headphone.
 
for their credit these cans do a quite good job of not letting in outside sound.
 
sorry, I have listened to a LOT of headphones and I would say if you are serious about your sound. just dont, they are good, they are not great, don't settle
