except stock power that came with the moon amp.

lol, I have the same experience as you with Kitsune (with Tim Connor) and Vinshine (with Alvin) in 11/2023, so I bought a higher model Denafrips Pontus II 12th-1 (I already owned the Denafrips Ares II 12th and Iris 12th a few months earlier). So in your opinion the Denafrips Pontus ($1600) shipped is equal to or better than Holo Spring Level 3 Kitsune ($2600)? This is what you are implying with your deuce statement correct? This is very encouraging to hear from someone else who has listened to these dacs. I posted on my thread asking about the Denafrips line and was going to purchase a Holo Spring Level 3 but was discouraged from it when I tried to contact Kitsune to ask questions about a week ago and they never replied. I tried again without effect. Made me question what the customer service would be like if I had an issue after dropping $2600 on one of their units plus a Singxer? Not worth the risk in my opinion if they can't even have the decency to answer question about hardware they sell to a perspective buyer. So I contact Vinshineaudio to inquire about their Denafrips dac line and get an immediate response to all my questions from Alvin Chee. I explained to him the dacs that I am considering and he states that (in his opinion so taken with a grain of salt) the Denafrips Pontus is equal to or greater than the Holo Spring Level 3 dac and the Venus is steps above. To read confirmation from someone outside of the company that makes and sells the units that this is their experience with said dac is very encouraging! Then the level of customer service I have received and read about from Alvin thus far makes this purchase decision easier. It looks like I will be purchasing the Pontus or the Venus!
It happens to me using my blue sound nodeHello guys,
I'm losing the connection from my Pontus 2 when I'm rebooting my iMac, and I have to power it off and on again to make it work.
Has anybody had the same problem as me and found a solution?
I've bought an Iris, and it's the same problem.
I've upgraded the USB and DAC firmware to the latest, and I tried 2 different USB cables.
Thank you,
A.

For me, it's every time I shut down my computer; it's a bit boring. It happens to me using my blue sound node
every once in a while
The only thing I can suggest is do not power off the denafrips or the mac.For me, it's every time I shut down my computer; it's a bit boring.
If you have to reboot the Mac, try shutting the power off on the dac and then turn the mac back on and see what happens. The only thing I can suggest is do not power off the denafrips or the mac.
I never power off the Denafrips (only the Pontus 2, or both with the Iris), but I do with my iMac automatically every night. The only thing I can suggest is do not power off the denafrips or the mac.
Did you try USB 2.0 hub? I mean 2.0, not 3.x.I'm losing the connection from my Pontus 2 when I'm rebooting my iMac, and I have to power it off and on again to make it work.

Do you mean, "Do I have a USB 2.0 or 3.0 cable?" One of the test cables I tried was this USB 2.0 one: https://www.amazon.ca/-/fr/gp/product/B086ZG4VZG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Did you try USB 2.0 hub? I mean 2.0, not 3.x.
