Decent quality earbuds? (Yes, I mean specifically the earbud style)

Hey all,

So, I must just have some oddly shaped earholes. All the IEMs I've ever tried either don't seal correctly, are uncomfortable, or both. I'm looking for something very portable and inexpensive that still has somewhat decent sound quality. I mention earbuds specifically in the title because all though they aren't exactly known for their sound quality, they're the only style that seem to fit. More specifically, I find the earbuds that come with the Samsung Galaxy s6 pretty comfortable, as well as the newer Apple earpods to a slightly lesser extent ( I guess because of the similar earpiece shapes) but my s6 pair shorted out, and I don't have any earpods on hand. I'd like to find something similar, but of better quality if possible. Alternatively, I'm also open to suggestions for IEMs that might be known to fit when nothing else does. Let's keep suggestions ~ <$30. Thanks in advance!

You can find good Chinese iem for that price. Check this thread http://www.head-fi.org/t/684159/chinese-asian-brand-info-thread-headphones-iems-amps-dacs/32685#post_12789086

I would suggest the **** 4 in 1

For entry level ear buds, I really liked the fit and sound of the Sony MDR-XB50AP. They can be had for around $20 on eBay or around $30 on Amazon.

Such an addictive sound, very smooth, detalied and big sounding. like the Monk+ they perform at a level WAY outside their price point and rival some quality IEMs I've had much more expensive.Don't let the price put you off.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to this thread; didn't mean to leave you guys hanging after asking for help. I appreciate all the suggestions! I'll make sure to check them out.
