$69.99 at my local Walmart interestingly enough. I did get some spinach though

went to my local Walmart, the displayed pricetag was $69.99, but then asked them to do a price check (I mentioned to them I saw ppl on here getting $49...). Sure enough the guy came back and told me it was indeed $49... So, I guess it's worth asking if you don't see that price.
thanks for the heads-up on the deal!

I like a lot. I'm listening to my "female vocal" playlist which has often quiet songs but I'm using 75% ~ 80% volume with my Phonaks (no EQ).

I fail to dislike the Phonaks with any source that I've tried yet but the Clip is a clean sounding DAP so far. The build quality falls short compared to my favorite iAudio 7 but I paid $180 for it back when the 8 GB i7 first released (ouch)...now the 16 GB is around $135 at B&H...so yeah, this is a steal @ $50.

Just came back from a Super Walmart down here and they had about 20 or so 8 GB Sansa Clips behind the glass with $49 clearance sticker labeled on the shelf. $52.98 out the door.

Will mess with it the Clip this weekend.

I have an e280 v2, and a 16GB Sansa View. I was just wondering why I only read about the Clip and Fuze on Head-Fi. Any reason these 2 models are the favored Sansa DAP's on Head-Fi? Anything wrong with the 2 I own comparably?

e280 v2 - discontinued, same DAC as Clip or Sansa
View - not so popular here because of video

Can't someone buy one then send it your way perhaps?

Just been in pc world, 8gb clips are still £39.99

Be quick though they seem popular.
